		Our highly trained lab technician will overwrite computer's correction on each of your individual image. Following correction data will be printed on the back of each photograph you receive.

We are trying to make the best possible print from your negative film or digital image file. However, due to individual differences of lab technician, each customer's order package can be slightly different. It can be little darker, lighter, bluish, yellowish, greenish or reddish. To correct these individual differences, we also have Quality Inspection Procedure.

		Your order is inspected at least 3 times by lab technician, quality inspector and packer. We are small enough to inspect each final print and big enough to lower its cost.

	Receiving & sorting When we receive your order package, our receiving department persons will open your package carefully and assign identification number. They will handle only one order at a time to eliminate error of mixing order with others. Then, they sort orders by type of order and assign to a lab technician to print. Your order may be necessary to be printed by more than one printing machine if you ordered multiple sizes of print, then order receiver will assign to a lab technician who can handle all of your order. It will ensure the same uniformized quality print throughout your order package.
	Printing In the most cases, one lab technician will print the entire your single order package even if you ordered multiple size prints and specialty prints together. It will ensure the same uniformized quality print of your order package. If you ordered wallet size, 4x6 prints, 8x10 enlargements and Sports Cards from same negative with mix of matte and glossy finish, only one lab technician will print all of these prints to ensure you have the same color and skin tone throughout this package prints. Each print will be color analyzed by the state-of-art scanner and corrected again by highly trained lab technician to ensure quality of the print. 	Print Quality & Quantity Inspection Print Quality Inspector will inspect all of the prints made by lab technician. She/he will check for dust spot, scratches, color and density, uniformity of color and density throughout the order, match number of prints ordered and printed, lithographical error for specialty prints, and other quality matters. Your order will send to shipping department, if your print quality is acceptable by Inspector. Your package will be shipped to shipping department only if the quality is acceptable, otherwise, it will be returned to the lab technician with the reason why it should be reprinted. As a lab technician receives rejected prints, he/she will be self-trained again and again for the better quality print for the future.
	Packing and Shipping Packing department will inspect your printing quality and prints quantity before they pack and adjust your bill because you are not charged by a roll and charged by the number of printable and acceptable prints we printed if you are film photographer. And, we will enclose credit note for the difference if your order was prepaid. For example, if you prepaid for 24-exposure roll and actual good pictures are only 18 prints, we will send you a credit note for 6 prints that can be used for next order.

Once we receive your film, there is no way of losing your images.

If we lost your processed film when we mail back to you,

Your images are in our archive storage. You can download from the images in our server and save in your hard drive. We can make another CD from the images in our storage and send to you. We can reprint from our archive storage and send to you.

We recommend you mail your film by cost-effective traceable mail, and you use our postage-prepaid mailer as protective package and put it into the envelope provided by your choice of shipper.

We will reimburse you $1.00 per roll (up to $16.00 or actual shipping cost whichever is less)
if you choose your own carrier to send your undeveloped film to us for developing.
